Tentative Bookings can be held for ONE WEEK, after which a 50% DEPOSIT is required to
confirm your reservation.
The balance is payable on ARRIVAL which can be any time after 4.00 P. M.
with DEPARTURE strictly by 11.00 A. M. 
**A Minimum Booking of ONE WEEK applies to CHRISTMAS/JANUARY School Holidays.
Payment in Full is required 30 DAYS prior to these bookings AND prior to Public Holiday LONG WEEKENDS.
Payment in Full is required 14 DAYS in advance for other weekly bookings and for 2 NIGHT bookings.
We reserve the right to substitute accommodation units if necessary.
A valid Credit Card or Bond is required at the time of check-in if the deposit has not been made by Credit Card.
As with standard Hotel/Motel practice we reserve the right to levy a Fee up to the equivalent of our maximum nightly rate, for accommodation left in an abnormally messy and/or dirty state and for late departures.
(This also includes leaving unwashed dishes, excessive dog hair and smoking inside the cottages).
Additional Fees will be charged to guests’ Credit Card facilities.
A $50 Cancellation Fee applies to all cancelled bookings.

STANDARD INDUSTRY CANCELLATION FEES APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS

21-60 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING DATE - 50% OF DEPOSIT. 
UP TO 21 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING DATE - 100% OF DEPOSIT.
WITHIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND THEREAFTER -100% OF TOTAL PRICE.

A CANCELLATION FEE OF 100% of TOTAL PRICE APPLIES 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS/JANUARY AND EASTER/APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND TO
PUBLIC HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
These Fees will not apply if accommodation is re-booked to another party. 
Please note that Travel Insurance is recommended, particularly for Weekly bookings.
